MADE BY THE CLIMATE AND THE SOIL
Olive oil, wine, food, are the result of the environment and the region where they are produced. Monte do Carrascal Olive Oil, from the Alentejo Coast, is no exception.
Our extra virgin olive oil comes from Portuguese olives, of the Galega variety, on olive trees perfectly adapted to our Mediterranean climate.
The non-intensive olive grove, the traditional harvesting and production methods, help to add to this product a unique, smooth and fruity flavor, preserving the soil, the environment and the planet.
By the combination of these factors we say that it is Naturalmente Premium!
